Eligibility
In order to use the Service, you must:
- be a business or a consumer able to enter into valid contracts;

- agree to the Terms; and
- provide true, complete, and up to date contact information.
Accepting these Terms
These Terms apply from when you sign up for the Service. Clicking the âGet startedâ or âSign up with Googleâ button on the Sign up page means that youâve officially âsignedâ the Terms and a binding contract will come into existence on the basis of the Terms (âAgreementâ). Closing your account

It is crucial to recognize that AquilaX's scanning service is offered solely to you, facilitating your security assessment. You bear the sole responsibility for ensuring the correct and ethical utilization of this service.
